Rick Santorum
Rick Santorum was a U.S. senator from Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2007. During his tenure, he served on several important committees, including eight years on the Armed Services Committee and six on the Finance Committee. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Santorum served as Chairman of the Senate Republican Conference, where he directed the communications operations of Senate Republicans and was the third-ranking member of the Republican leadership. He is the author of "It Takes a Family: Conservatism and the Common Good." He is writing a second book on the war against a radical, Islamic fascist enemy and its growing global alliances. He is VP of Business Development at Reston, VA-based MPower Media, a commentator on the Fox News Channel, a Consultant to the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC , and Senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center.
