Ross is a former investigative reporter whose work was published in the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, the National Law Journal and the Denver weekly Westword, among other publications. As a private investigator for the past eight years he has assisted attorneys representing neighbors of the former Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant near Denver on a class-action lawsuit that resulted in a $477 million verdict, and in a lawsuit that resulted in $7 million in payments for the parents of an inmate in the Denver jail who died because nurses and guards failed to provide medical care.
