Help China solve their growth problems in exhcange for U.S. debt relief...
Wondering if it would make sense to fund / challenge the leading U.S. R&D universities and interested private companies to develop ideas / campaigns related to solving many of the growth issues that China currently faces in exchange for debt relief?
Could we not help them solve their current drought and agricultural issues and likely learn some lessons along the way?
