Question: What's your outlook?
Harvey Mansfield: Optimistic. Because I think the world is ruled by nature and art and chance. And nature is, I think, fundamentally on our side. And art is what we make of it. And chance we can’t predict. So somehow out of those three factors, I’m optimistic.
