Businesses Exclude Women at Their Own Peril

Women have at least 50 percent of buying power in households and I think it’s natural and essential that businesses have women on their boards.

Corporate boards are supposed to reflect their consumers’ voices. At least 50 percent of consumers are women. Unless you completely integrate the consumers’ voices and perspective, your business is never going to be successful.
