Change is Hard, But the Results Can Be Immediate

I think the first few days of making a change is always difficult, and I think people just have to sort of basically realize that they’re going to face some difficulties in the first few days. 


But, honestly, if you focus on eating every three hours and if you focus on having protein and good quality fat, like olive oil, nuts and seeds, every three hours and you stay away from anything with sugar or starch or flour in it, it’ll happen very quickly and you can overcome it.  

I just actually ran into somebody at a show that I did whose mother just started on the book, The Blood Sugar Solution.  He said she lost 25 pounds in just a few weeks.  So people can rapidly shape their metabolism, rapidly shape their biochemistry by just putting in the right information and taking out the wrong information.
