College Graduate, Your Skills Are Increasingly In Demand
Those of you who have grown up on the Internet, when we look at you we see skills, competencies that we admire. We may want to learn them, but while you can try to teach them to us we will never be as competent as you are by the very nature of you’re having grown up in this world, growing up with these skills and these competencies.
We’re going to be increasingly dependent on you as the world becomes more Internet-centric to provide us with these competencies, these capabilities, these skills that are part of your DNA, that are just part of your experience.
I believe that for those students who are in college today, in high school today, you’re going to find yourself in great demand by employers, by organizations, by institutions, by all those who need to really understand how to make the Internet a central part of their experience.
