No One Is Above The Rule! Miss Serena Williams!
I love my country, so I write; the best is in Bigthink, so I write here!
I’ve ever seen the ugliest scene in female tennis, it did happen in America and the athlete is an American!
Shame on you! Miss Serena Williams, John McEnroe and CBS Sports!
Walter Cronkite is my idol, as a reporter, he reports facts!
Let me report what happened in the 2009 US Open semifinal game between Kim Clijster and Serena Williams, especially the foot fault incident.
The facts are: 1.100% sure, Serena made the foot fault.
2. After the CBS replayed the foot fault, CBS Tennis announcer John MeEnroe did say something like “NO WAY, SHE (the lineswoman, the author noted) CAN SEE IT” to support Serena. Fortunately, After John reviewed a dozen times of the foot fault privately, he knows the empire was right, and he did not support Serena ANYMORE ON THIS UGLY INCISDENT.
3. After that incident CBS Sports foolishly not does its utmost earnest job and duty to slow-motion foot fault in frame- by- frame fashion like the NFL did. Instead, CBS Sports likely performed what under developing country (e.g., China) did in its sports broadcasting, it chooses to favor the home country athletes who even committed in unsportsmanship foul. To my pleasure, CBS Sports did report Serena cursed the umpire with profanity!
Profanity, F-words and rude conducts are common in every professional sport! NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB., GOLF, TENNIS, you name it, YOU GOT IT! Tennis player John McEnroe did it. Golfer Tiger Woods did it!…………..NOW, Serena Williams did it in female Tennis!
Please! Miss Serena Williams, you just a Tennis players! You can F-word yourself, like Tiger did it (Tiger, I am sorry to put you in the scale of Serena, but your profanity is the same as her!) You can not F-word the empire! Play by the rule and respect to your profession! Please! Foot fault is foot fault. Miss Serena Williams.
The USTA should fine Serena and suspend her! Do some action! USTA!
And CBS Sports announcers, please show some respects to your former colleague, Walter Cronkite. I know you all are not in that level, but you all can learn!
WE AMERICA, THE HOME OF THE BRAVE, DOES NOT NEED THIS KIND OF TENNIS CHAMPION IN US OPEN! Shame!
