The creative mind is the most illusive thing.

Nina DiSesa: Well the creative mind is the most illusive thing, I think it is being a creative person myself I understand how complex that mind is and how delicate it is in many ways. I think creative people are the hardest people to mange, if you can even say the your managing. If I am creating task, I mean you are not really managing them, you are just trying to like focus them a little bit and get them going in the right direction. I think women who have children two year olds and three olds probably understand that creative mind a little better, because you can't tell a 2 year old or a 3 year old to do something you have to trying and make it good idea, make it their idea, make it something that comes from their own personality rather than something you want them to do, and creative people are like that in a lot of ways.
